Inspiration Behind Our Story:
The Lotus Flower
Much like the lotus flower, which grows from the mud to blossom into something beautiful, the agency sees possibilities where others may only see obstacles. The lotus flower represents resilience, transformation, and growth - key elements of the agency's approach to creating lasting impact. The L.E.A.D. Agency is the evolution of Founder & Chief Possibility Catalyst Dr. Kimberlin Butler's transformation to become a leader in philanthropy. In forming cross-sector partnerships, her vision for the agency will work to amplify your influence and drive systemic change. Infusing her passion to shift philanthropic practice to catalyze deeper community impact, the agency inspires clients to tackle systemic inequities and authentically engage marginalized voices. At its core, The L.E.A.D. Agency believes that through authentic collaboration, it can unlock the potential of organizations to transform social landscapes and spark possibilities for a more equitable world.
