The L.E.A.D. Curriculum© is designed to inspire and equip youth, funders, and changemakers to Learn, Excel, Achieve, and discover their Destiny by empowering their communities through transformative philanthropy and collaborative action. Rooted in the core principles of Youth-Possible Philanthropy™ and youth-led social impact, this comprehensive program fosters personal growth, critical skills development, and the discovery of purpose, allowing participants to shape a future aligned with their values and vision. Our four interactive sessions are: Youth-Possible Philanthropy™, Collaboration & Partnership, Transformative Philanthropy, and Purpose-Driven Leadership.

Session 1 Learn: Foundations of Youth-Possible Philanthropy™

Anchored in the belief that youth-led philanthropy catalyzes communities and fosters equity, this curriculum integrates the principles of Youth-Possible Philanthropy™ to guide participants in creating inclusive solutions for marginalized voices.

Session 2 Excel: Building Skills for Transformative Impact
